Terms & Conditions

  1. To participate in the fifaBoss Referral Contest you need to (1) be 18 or older, or be 13 or older and have your parent or guardian’s consent, and (2) not be barred from doing so under any applicable laws or regulation in your country. Our referral contest is available only at fifaboss.com.
  2. By signing up to fifaboss.com using the "Notify Me" button, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy.
  3. This referral contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other social network. You are providing your information to fifaBoss and not to any other party. The information provided by you will be used in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.
  4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this referral contest.
  5. Your signup to the website makes you a participant of the referral contest and automatically attributes 0 points to your profile. A valid referral code adds a bonus of 10 points at signup.
  6. You can check your entry's contest position and number of points by clicking "Referral Contest", entering your email address and clicking "Check Position".
  7. Only one signup (i.e. single email address) will be accepted per person. Multiple signups from the same person will be disqualified.
  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  9. We reserve the right to ban and/or remove any participant from the contest at any time if we judge the participant's behavior as incorrect or if it is unfair to us or other users.
  10. Referral contest prizes are as stated at fifaboss.com and no cash (unless the prize is already a cash reward) or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  11. Winners will be notified via email within 10 days after the closing date that they have earned a reward. The fifaBoss team will notify the winners about further steps necessary to collect their claimed reward. Winners are expected to be fairly responsive in their communications with the fifaBoss team. Any winner is expected to reply to our winner notification email within 5 working days after the email is sent. Else, the next user who qualifies for the same reward will be selected.
  12. The closing date for the Referral Contest is 06.03.2019, 23h55 CET. Allow up to 6 weeks after the end of contest for the rewards to be applied or sent. Exceptions are "Early Download" and "All Features Unlimited" rewards which will be applied as soon as the fifaBoss product is available for early download and/or use.
  13. Anyone who reaches enough points for the "All Features Unlimited" reward will claim both "Early Download" and "All Features Unlimited" rewards.
  14. The winner of the contest ("Top Referrer") can receive only the main reward ($200 by PayPal). The "Top Referrer" is the one user who has the most points in the referral contest at the closing date and time of the contest.
  15. The UE BLAST Bluetooth Speaker is a reward given to two lucky users, picked at random, having earned 150 points or more, exluding the "Top Referrer". Any winner of that reward can only receive that reward, and thus will not be able to claim the "Mystery Gift".
  16. The "Mystery Gift" is a reward given to the first three users to reach 80 points (excluding the "Top Referrer" and the winners of the UE BLAST Speaker).
  17. Cash rewards or transactions will be transferred to winner(s) using the PayPal service and using US dollars. No responsibility can be accepted in case (1) the winner refuses to use the service or the USD currency, (2) the service is not available in the winner's country, (3) the PayPal transaction fails or is refused for whatever reason, (4) the winner claims to not have received the reward once the transaction has been processed successfully (using the email address communicated by the winner), (5) any other reason that prevents the fifaBoss team from sending the required amount of cash to the winner.
  18. The fifaBoss team reserves the right to choose any reasonable and suitable method(s) to correctly and, most of all, fairly detect or randomly pick the prize winner(s) and deliver the prize(s) using any selected method or delivery option depending on the winner’s location and our team’s choice.
  19. Shipping costs up to $20 (for prizes subject to mail delivery) will be covered by the fifaBoss team. If shipping costs are above $20, fifaBoss will transfer a support amount of $20 to the winner using PayPal as previously described, after which the shipping costs will be entirely delegated to the winner.
  20. The fifaBoss team reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to modify, extend or cancel this referral contest without giving notice. Such change shall be effective immediately upon update of the webpage.
  21. The fifaBoss team reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to modify Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy statements. Such change shall be effective immediately upon update of the webpage.
